Hello,

More problems trying to do this dual boot...

I have got both the O/S on there seperate partitions but i cannot get to choose either W2k or linux Redhat 7. at the Lilo start up i have the choice of Linx only and when i get the win 2k start up i only have the choice of win 2k there is no linux.. Where am i going wrong can any one help..

If any one knows of an Idiot's guide or something i would appreciate it..

I'm afraid that this won't be much good because I don't do it that way, but I believe you have to do some editing of the Win2K boot.ini file inorder to add Linux.

Funny thing is if you install Win98 then Win2K then Linux, you can use GRUB/LILO in the MBR to toggle between Linux and "Windows" and when you get to Windows it will be the W2K boot loader and then you toggle between 98 and 2000.
