I need to install win98 with a foreign language enabled (costs$500!) and regular winme. My wife is a linguist and wants the whole windows environment in her language of choice. Apparently I have to put this in a separate partition as I can't simply upgrade to another version of windows in the future. This will be in a new system so how do I do this?

Get a boot loader. Install it. Install your second OS on a different partition/drive.
Try www.xosl.org (http://www.xosl.org) for a really good boot manager.
