Im running those 2, no probs at all
I have used the european version and the american version..they differ a little bit, but both work.

Seems to run fine on mine but according to PickledOnion's link, it says it doesn't. So is it lying dormant in the background?

I ran it before upgrading with no problems. the only reasons I upgraded is that I came across a deal to get Norton's Ghost and the 2k1 trial version did not conflict with ZoneAlarm. Strange but now I have put ZA in my startup folder to let NAV load first anyaway whereas I did not have to before to get NAV email protection.
