Sorry for the slow response, as I've been busy for a couple of days. The version included in WinME is 3.86. 3.86 was not an official release, and was only shipped to MS for compatiblity concerns. I would upgrade to the Win9x 5.22 reference driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/Products/Drivers.nsf

It is listed as Detonator 2. Also expect nVidia to start releasing driver fully optimized for WinME within the near future.

About forgot: WinME might warn that it already has the latest (or best) driver installed. Just bypass this warning and continue installation as normal.

Good Luck,
Robert Richmond

Just wondering, because the OS found a TNT2 driver by itself when the card was installed.
(If I was home, I would check driver properties, but alas, I am out of town) Maybe RobRich knows which version driver?

Thanks RobRich!

*Update* Hmm... the detonator 2 drivers for win2k do not seem to detect Win2k ME. It errors out saying it cannot detect any Win2k O/S. I have Win2kME Beta 3. Do I need the Win98X detonator 2 drivers?

Hate to push this to the top, but RobRich the Driver King, can you assist?

You will need to use the Win9x driver, as WinME is still based on the 9x core. The Win2K drivers are based on NT, and they will not work.

I nearly forgot, you might want to try my newly released Win9x 5.22 revision:
