What is the best way to have secure parts on your website ?

Well I am looking for a way to have a secure part on my site that is like very secure I mean friggen lock down...... I heard ASP is the way to go.... What do you guys think ? Also if you have links where I can find out more about internet site security and how to code it I would be greatly appriceate it.

What do you mean secure?

And iffin you want it locked down so tight, why are you putting it on the internet?

ASP may or may not be what you want... Need the above answers to offer a better question.

What I mean by secure I mean I want to have a few passwords and sh*t they have to enter to grant acess to the selected pages...... and its on the internet because I want it on the internet and my friends will have acess to it.....
