Anyone have experience with Exchange Server? I have an employee on our Global Address List that is on the road about 80% of the time, so if we send email using the GAL in MS Outlook, it only sends the message internally and not out to our ISP's mail server where he can retrieve it on the road. I decided to set up another account for him as a Custom Recipient and entered his SMTP email address. He now appears twice in the GAL, abbreviated name so no duplicates, but when I try to send an email to this custom account, I get the following message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test Message
Sent: 10/3/2000 8:36 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(employeename@webdomain.com)

If I send a message and manually type in the same email address in the TO: line, it goes through w/o any problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
