I have a friend who is currently running NT4 Workstation and wants to install Win2K from NT4. What do you think would be better? To do a clean install or just upgrade from NT4 Workstation? Do you think Win2K would run with less troubles if you do a clean install?

Yeah, I kinda thought that also, but wanted to hear suggestions from other people. What a pain it is to reinstall all the Windows Applications. Installing the OS is a breeze, but installing ALL the applications is a real pain in the neck!!! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Thanks, Guys. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Fresh Install definitely because it's less likely to cause any conflicts that they may have with older drivers and programs.
