Good OCR?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good OCR program? What i am looking to use one for is to scan documents and then convert it into an excel file while keeping the document as close to original format as possible. Thank you for any input.

Haven't converted anything into an Excel file, but I find OmniPage Pro 10 to be a fairly good product. I use it to quicken the conversion of my school from a paper based environment into an electronic one. Does a fairly decent job of converting docs into HTML, though it is a bit too exact in doing so.

Give it a shot if you can get a demo of it.
