Hi there,

I currently have my home pc with 2 hdd's, C:\ & D:\
I have windows 98se installed onto the C:\, and wanto put win2k onto that drive as well.
Now, I heard that w2k can use either FAT32 or NTFS, but if I use FAT32, then I can see all those files when I boot into w98se.
Is there a big down side to using FAT32 with Windows 2000, I think it would be good to be able to read each other's partition.

any help greatly appreciated.

Feel free to use FAT32 for the w2k partition. The only real downside is security and that should be a non issue with a personal box.
