Custom music CD-R's?

What's the best program for pulling tracks off CD's, then rearranging a whole bunch of them and making custom music CD-R's? Nero?

Both Nero and Adaptec's Easy CD Creator work fine for what you mentioned.

Adaptec easy CD creator allows you to 'rip' .cda files to .wav files on your HDD. The same program can write the .wavs back to .cda

A tip: You can use this facility to create audio tracks from mp3s - decompress the mp3s back to wav, then use the Adaptec software.
