Not about politics for once

Haha whats this world coming to now that I am finally about to post something thats not political! Lol

Anyways I was wondering if you all could tell me a good card that has a tv out, thats PCI. I dont really want a tv card becuase theres no point, my 27" is about 10 feet away from me. So maybe sometype of video accelerator? My plan is to put a DVD drive into my comp when I get a little more info and I want to be able to view it on my tv. Is that a good or bad idea?

ILC; When I was having trouble with my computer and was advised to change my video card, "Insane Morphious" sent me an A OpenVGA PA70D AGP 8Mb "Navigator" and I think it's great. Has the option for TV out which you can download the drivers for. I didn't have to pay for it , so I have no idea of the cost
