I was being stuiped talking to my friend on the phone playing with my computer. changing files and deleteing stuff that i thought weren't important. Well as soon as i got off the phone i restarted my computer for some reason and when i tried to log in with my computer it would not let me on! it was about 2 in the morning so i decided it was just being an *deleted* and i fell alseep. next morning i woke up and tried to log on again. Still wouldn't let me on. I was thinking about formating my hard drive but i didn't know how too and plus i couldn't log on. i swear i think i called my computer everyname i could think of. having not gotten much sleep didn't help much either. but thank god i had a spare hard drive laying around with win95 on it. WHEW! So i formated the hard drive thru win95. i was about to throw my computer out my window and enjoying watching it explode into a bunch of pieces. Win2k is a b!tch!!!!

Rule of thumb if you dont know what it is going to do ask. Or dont do it at all, better safe than sorry.

And also did'nt you create a boot floppy for win 2000?? Dear god man allways create a startup disk for any Microshaft OS..

The thing was my floppy wasn't working at all. i have no idea what happened to it but it works fine now. i also downloaded this update for my motherboard and i ran it while win2k was running which i guess is a big no no. it created a bin file and i deleted it. not thinking at all. so it was stupidity on my part. Thank god that the first time i decided to back up my info was two days ago. or i would be kicking my own ****. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
