Just wondered which portable or home CD based MP3 players people would recommend.

I read of the Apex player; is this a good product? Oh and it has to be cheap!

CD based? Do you mean the CD players that allow you to burn and play compressed mp3's so you can have over 10 hours of music on 1 CD? I haven't heard of any except a Kenwood stereo for the car. Pretty smooth
