WinMe and it's error's

it's not a beta it's the retail version build 3000. Checked it on microsoft.

I'm getting strange errors in winme, the so called blue screen of death. I get this if i turn on my pc and just wait a few hours and do absoluty nothing?

Second problem is that winme doesn't shut down properly, since Iv'e read a lot about win98 SE doing this, I was wondering if anyone has some tips on this one?

If anyone has any suggestions, (or questions about my system go ahead)please post them!!

Hrm, have you tried doing and reverting to 98 and try doing it again? Could be something weird during the install or your 98 messing up. I just installed Me, the retail version 3000, about 2hrs ago. It's working pretty sweet so far.

you might want to check for scheduled tasks possibly causing a blue screen as it is started up again by install and if you have a firewall it may have problems with me trying to auto update
