I tried going right from the link and it
didn't work, soI went one hireachy up and it didn't work.
I suggest if u r having problems as well, go right the js-inc site, and press on software on the bar of the top of the page, then freesoftware, and right click on the autoshut, then save target as.

I just hope this software solves my shutdown problem that I was having 3 days ago.

The problem lies with their site. It's overloaded I guess. Try these two links:

Very odd.. Their site (js-inc.com) doesn't seem to work with Netscape. I get a "too many users" error. But it works fine with IE.
