win2k buffer problem

win2k works great with my system. I've been running it for a while and it's great. The only problem I have now is 'no bufferspace left'

I have 96megs of pc100 sdram, and used a program that someone told me to use called memturbo. It's a great program to wipe ram, but doesnt seem to work for my buffer problem.

Would anyone know how to fix this or a program I could use to wipe it?
