Here's a way to gain several and it works, I got rid of accessibility options. Credit to

alandabomb at AGN for revealing this one.

"Open up the sysoc.inf file in the inf folder. Do a search for the word "hide" (no quotes). Delete that word every time it appears, but DO NOT remove any of the commas, just the word. Save it, then open the add/remove control panel. The might be just a FEW more options now!" Quoting alandabomb.

i think he means do not remove the commas... if you read it over a couple of times it just looks like Under had merely overlooked the word not.

That is correct: DO NOT REMOVE the commas. You should see more options in the Add/Remove programs box for Windows setup including the ability to get rid of Accessibility, Accessories and Utilities, Distributed Transaction Coordinator, Fax service, Imaging, Indexing, IIS, Management and monitoring tools, message Queuing, script debugger, and some networking options.
