Browsing in Win.2000,Problems

Okay now,when I open 2 browsers online and I start surfing to different sites my system resets and this sceen comes up:

Since this is my tech support group, can anyone help me out with this?
When this happens I am running RC5 in the background,also Outlook Express.
Almost forgot,my O/S is Windows 2000, build 2195.
Any Suggestions?
Also,I'm running a P2-400@4.5x100 and when I try 5.0x100 multiplier win 2k says that some of my files are missing or are corrupt and to re-install them,this only happens when I up my multiplier to 5x. What gives???

I haven't encountered it myself, but MS has an article on this: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q161/7/03.asp?LNG=ENG&SA=ALLKB&FR=0

Basically, make sure you have enough free disk space. Then try using a different driver for video card or get an updated one from your manufacturer. If that doesn't help, look if a BIOS update for your motherboard is available.
