I was in one of those crappy AOL chat rooms and there was a link(no,no it was not porn)but anyway,i go there and it copied a virus to my computer!Ech!I actually deleted it because it was a .ZIP.But can it still be there lurking in my computer?Slowly waiting for my slow-witted brother to go "duuuh,I wonder what this is?" and then mess up my computer?I cant really remember the name of the virus ,though.But I did report the little bas*ard and hope fully he is gone

Yes i've been down that dark aol road. I had it for 2 years. I know how the memebers can be like that. But i guess the reason why i got dsl was because of the lack of speed that aol had. I never really got into those aol chatrooms because of that. AoL members can be such stupid people. But most are ok. It's just those people who make that isp unsafe.=(

I was the responsible one who didn't do anything like that. I don't see a reason to do something like that other than just for fun. I'm sorry that happened to you. If you have any anti-virus software us it if not just download a shareware,freeware, or demo.

I don't know which ones are good because i haven't used all of them. I only have McAfee. It's a good one. I like it.
