Malachi Despair

Hello. Everyone Read This Duzzy.!
My ASUS P3F-B has some werid voltage reports. My concern is my +3.3v voltage line and my +12.0v line. My 3.3v line fluctuates from 3.488 to 3.504v and my +12.0v moves wildly from 12.02 to 12.22v.
I at first though this oddity was due to my using CPU idle 5.6 to idle my processor. I read that the programs tends to draw from these lines, but when I stopped using the program my readings from the +3.3v lines and +12.0v lines remained the same.
My computer has also crashed several times while I have been trying to connect to the Internet. I have been getting some frequent crashes and the dreaded "blue screen" when connecting to the Internet.
I installed Win 98 SE on a computer I made myself. I have been getting some frequent crashes and "blue screens". When I was connected to the Internet today I received this error: Protection fault: 0028 http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gifIDFC587.
It prompted me to hit enter or Esc to continue. I hit Esc and my Internet connection was dead. This has happened several times this week. I rebooted my system and entered windows again to find that my display was in 16bit-color mode and my driver and 3dfxtools for my Voodoo 3 2000 PCI somehow disappeared.
Interestingly enough I WAS NOT IN SAFEMODE! I reinstalled my 3dfx drivers and put my screen back into 32bit color. I scanned my hard drive with the last scan engine and dats from Mc Afee antivirus but found nothing.
To continue the story I received a window pop-up warning me that DRIRMT32.DLL cannot start. I do not know what this means. I also have been receiving many error messages from Dr. Watson. One telling me that a trial version of Adobe Page Maker 6.5 and Auto Type Manager has altered Windows system files. I un-installed both applications but the error remains along with a module file ATMSYS.drv that will not go away.
To perplex the situation further I have received other Dr. Watson messages: One saying Mc Archiv (I believe this is the Mcafee screen saver virus scanner) has invalid memory access. Another message saying my Voodoo3 driver has accessed memory improperly. Another message said the same about my Voodoo 3 driver when I was running my Asus probe 2.2x monitoring software. Also I have another message the same of Mc Archiv which happened when I was running my screen saver.
I am sorry this is so much to load on you all at once but all these errors happened together for about a week now since that I started running the Dr. Watson. If you need anything else please contact me immediate by email anytime. Thanks for your time and effort. My system configuration follows:
Windows 98 Second Edition OS
