This is a great site for those that need help with DOS. I am sure all of the commands are not here but it has helped out a great deal and I thought I'd pass it along since I am DOS-challenged (gotta be P.C. at a PC site...) Sorry that was bad... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/redface.gif

Oh man, that takes me back to DOS 3.3 / 5.0 / 6.2... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I remember when DELTREE first came out, I thought it was a timesaver, because I didn't have to go into each directory and type
ATTRIB -h -a -r -s *.*
DEL *.*
CD..
RD (directory name)

And who could forget going into Circuit City, editing the autoexec.bat file to include
:loopme
@echo YOU SUCK!
goto loopme

But you know what I really miss? Undelete. That thing saved my **** on more than one occasion. Now, you can use the recycle bin, but it'll automatically delete files when they take up too much space, and not only that, but when you empty it, those files are gone.

Wow, thanks for the nostalgia trip http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
