Simply enough, What is FSB?

Front Speed Bus. The speed of the motherboard/chipset I suppose. Your CPU is usually capable of running faster than this, hence a clock speed multiplier > 1. When it's up pretty high, your AGP & PCI can't keep up so they use a multiplier < 1.

The O/c'ers know more about this than I do.
