im trying to load windows and i get this error:
Error Su995038
Invalid command option specifeid. please check the command line and try again, or type setup/? for help on the setup option (0x13ae) when i type this in it just setups up window again and does nothing
any help would be greatful

The easiest way to fix an error in Windows (like it won't boot up) is to re-install it. If you have the Win98 CD... Borrow off someone if you haven't got one. Install it in your existing Windows directory, so all the programs and dlls will be there after you finished re-installing Windows. This should work.
