I deleted the Icon when I was using 95 and have since upgraded to 98. I didn't use Tweakui to hide it but just deleted it off the desktop. My problem is Tweakui says it is there on the desktop but it isn't. How do I get it back on the desktop?

Find it with Explorer, shrink the window, right click drag and drop the icon to the desktop. Use "Copy Here" and you should end up with a shortcut to Network Neighborhood.
