I am thinking about doing a total format/re-install of everything on my computer so I can set it up as a win2k/win98 system. My question is this: How can I save all of my preferences with Netscape? This means all of my email, and newsgroups, plus my address book. Does anyone know how to export this to a usuable format? Thanks in advance!

I share my settings with both WIN98 and W2K. All user preferences and setting are located in C:\program files\netscape\users. Your's will most likely be user00 (sometimes 01).

Just back up all of user00/01 and that should do it.

It may also be the 1st part of your email as well. (ex my email is redrage@webmasterz.org so my user folder is redrage)
