Well we finally got it to work. I took it to a freind and let him mess with it. He got EZ-BIOS uninstalled after many try's. Then he Fdisked it turned it off and then rebooted and fdisked it again and formatted it. He said that a freind of his told him about turning it off letting it sit for a few and tuning it back on. Oh well. He said something about it wipes the drive clean by fdisking it twice. I don't know thats what he said anyway.
Thanks to everyone for all the advice. I am glad I disscovered this bbs!! There is tons of great info here! Sons crying bye.
Here is the were the first post was. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum9/HTML/000276.html
He also downloaded a program that removes ez-bios. The uninstaller in the maxblast software does not work very well.Like pickel I also bought a cdrw today. It an Acer 4432A 4x4x32 Paid $99.99 after $30 mail in rebate! Best Buy ran the ad but their line was like 2 miles long (at 6:30 AM) so I went next door to Officemax and got them to sell me it for the same price!! Seems to work good. I also downloaded Sandra 99 pro today. I wanted to benchmark the CDRW but I can't seem to do it. It says I have to have a cd with a 65Mb folder to test it. I guess I will have to burn one.
Thanks again for all the help! You are a bunch of great people!!!!
