Hi fuego,

This site has a lot of good tips for customizing your win98 (and 95 for that matter) experience. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

I have two questions

1. I am the computer tech within a small NFP Inc. and although I install and keeping machines functioning, and provide network support I feel as though I still don't feel as though I have a good picture of what happens behind the scenes. I am aware of the Registry, but I avoid working with it, because I really don't want to add to my misery. Would anyone of you know where I could learn more about the registry and some of the things i can do to make my machines perform better.
2. Our machines run fairly well, but sure there is many things out there that I am unaware of that can improve the performance of individual machines. Anyone willing to part with some tips for someone interested in as growing as an individual?

I'm sure there are a ton of places for the info you are wanting, and others may have a better reference for you, but I would start with this....
