Dell floppy disk problem

Has anybody expericnced any problem with Dell optiplex series' floppy disk drives ?

I've had lots of problems with the Dell optiplexes in my lab. I did have to replace the fdd in one of them b/c it died. I put in a Mitsumi and it is happy as a lark now.
