It probably is, but there's just some little thing I haven't tried yet. I know it was possible in Win95 and 3.0, but I can't seem to switch too it in 98.

Click 'Regional Settings' in Control Panel. Then click the 'Time' tab. Adjust away to your heart's content.

Type hours (HH) in upper case for 24-hour clock, (hh) in lower case for 12-hour clock.

Heck with the Win clock. Get TclockEx. It's loads better, and comes with a RAM and CPU usage meter that takes up the same space as your regular clock. Not an overlay, an actual replacement. (See screenshot) http://members.cnx.net/reboot/temp/Clip2.jpg
CPU usage is the red line, and mem is the blue. Clock format can be done any way you like!
You can get it http://members.cnx.net/reboot here under the Funstuff section.

The Old One's been spending too long on his Osborne. If it has a 'green screen' and he's been staring at it, that explains everything! What with that, his 'stuff' and his predilection for all things Tolkien-esque, he probably thinks he's Gandalf. Don't know how you put up with him! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Tempted to give your Tclock a whirl. Thanks.

heeeeee http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

I kinda like the idea of that cpu/ram readout. doesn't take up any valuable space there...

Reboot-- I downloaded that clock utility, and I really like it, but I can't seem to get the memory usage bar to work. It doesn't even show up. Am I missing something here? CPU works. Just no mem. bar.

Right click on the clock, select TClockEX properties. Click the Advanced tab, and tick all boxes except "Calendar starts monday".
Select the colours you want, I like RED for CPU, and Blue for RAM, although you can pick any colour you want.
Try setting the font size a little smaller, that may get the thing going. Too big a font cuts out the meters.
