Ok, i've got to a level on Operation Flashpoint where you play a Pilot that has been shot down and has to escape from an enemy base. I've managed to get a PK machine gun from an ammo dump but there's a tank and too many men to be able to escape. So my question is 'how's it done'?

Yeah I just kept going with the Spetznatz until the night time, then just get back in the jeep the first time they take you anywhere, they'll then take you to a hill, from there I just ****-bolted up the hill and kept goign north. That was pretty much it, It was the first and only time I've done that level so I don't know if there's an easier way.

There is a far more fun way. When the Spetznatz is escorting you leg it over to the BMP outside the tent. Gun down everyone at the little camp and then hop to the driver seat. Drive to the Mi24 and fly to freedom! You can gun down anything that gets in your way and build up one hell of a score!

ok, you want to do that level, the way i did it was **** EASY!
ok, you start off, and you are told to get into the helicopter, you hvae no option, you WILL be wasted if you don't, but as soon as you land and everyone gets out, inc you, stay 5m away from the copter on the northern side, and as soon as the pilots jump out the Mi17 or Mi27, whatever it is, you just hop right in there, press 'Q' (to start the engines) and turn on manual fire, and start wasting the people infront of you with the rockets!!! Have fun and waste everyone else if you want to, but to complete the mission, i ejected, cause i didn't know what to do, but that worked, or i think you can fly off to a base somewhere north, but trust me, this is the entertaining way to do it!!!
