I've been playing the Sims for quite a few weeks and my house is really big and my people have really good jobs. All of a sudden my maid stopped cleaning the house and would not get off my property even after I fired her. Then no-one can come to my house even though they say they're coming including the neighbours, gardener, pizza man or police. Now I don't even have the options on my phone to call anybody. I have a MAC so any of the suggestions I've found on the internet are for PC only. Help me!

sounds like it could be a glitch in the game. Look for the lastest patch for the game (if there is one) that could fix the problem. Besides that you might just be stuck with it.

Go to thesims.com and go in the chat room. They have mods there who will take you into a private room and try to help you with yoru problems
