I have bought a Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad
and can't figure out how to use it's multiple pad option i.e that how to make the other joypad work?(connected to MS Joypad)
Are they both sidewinder pads? Just look in config menu, "daisy chain" option or summat http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Well the other one is not a MS joypad, but I don't even have a config menu http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif
I have just the Joypad listed in control Panel / Gaming Controllers

You can only daisychain MS Sidewinder gamepads together. If you do have two- all you do is hook the second one on to the first and it's done. Just like that.
If you don't, then the Sidewinder basically acts like a Gameport Extension Cable. Plug your other controller into the Sidewinder, and press the Mode Button so that the light turns off. Then the new gamepad should work. Just make sure you have drivers installed for the second pad or it will not work. This function is useful if you have a joystick in addition to your Gamepad as it saves you from having to go behind your comp every time you switch controllers.
