call waiting

i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to disable call waiting onmy line. i have went into the modem folder and checked the disable callwaiting box and entered the code for my area. but to no avail. any suggestions. thanks

I believe u hafta call your phone company to do that.

in my area i have to put *67,, befort the phone number in the dun box...if that does not do the trick call the phone co to get the code.
