I would like to setup a counterstrike server so I can have a clan server. Is there anything special I need to do or do I just do create game and that's it?

Well I have played some servers, and some off them uses some Mods, that make the administration, one is called Admin Mod, go to www.planethalflife.com (http://www.planethalflife.com) and look there it has a lot of info.

what type of connection and computer you have running? hopefully you don't have a cable connection and soemthing greater!!

hey i've been looking for a texas clan and if your starting one, maybe i can join. anyways, just reply back and i'll get back to you. also, y shouldn't he have a cable connection or higher? isn't tha tbetter because the connectionis faster?

will this clan be local or have a bunch of people from all over the place becasue if there not near there pings are gonna be crazy.

the faster the better but i heard alot of alot a problems with cable and cs counters. depends on your provider some do not allow servers. and they will cancel account your service

I just have DSL. Is that not enough? If not no big deal. I just wanted to see if I could do it.

that could work depending on your up/down speeds. But hey you can always run one you just may not be able to handle lots of people.
