I have access to the professional version, and just wonder if it would help me copy a friends HD info to his new drive..

Hmmm...I dont THINK so...but heres to hoping im wrong...you probably will need a seperate product like Norton Ghost.

FIrst the HD manufaturer should have a program to do it for you. SEcond PM5 pro will copy partitions .

A program called EZ Drive, from Western Digital, works very well for this. I've copyed drives a hundred times with it. It works with the drives of all the major companies.

Imagine that, they changed the name to "Data Lifeguard Tools," I liked EZ Drive better...
