I've found plenty of Quake3Arena skins..

Does anyone know any good sites with UT skins? I can't find any decent ones, and if i do find a good one, for some reason they don't work properly.

Any suggestions on some good UT skins?

You can get the bonus packs with the Nali-Warcrow, Warboss and Xan Mark II here at games www.gamers-ammo.com (http://www.gamers-ammo.com) . Havn't seen very many different skins though come to think of it, mainly game mods.

You get lot's of maps with those bonus packs as well. Warning though, some of the new ones have HUGE view distances which are really taxing. On low res I get about 70fps but on a couple of these maps it's drops it back to 35fps.
