Is there a game out for the PC like Onimusha (Playstation 2 game) based on Japanese characters such as Samurais that go around hacking at everything? Or some type of martial art theme game.

I think Oni has martial arts type elements, although it's not samuari. It has a definate Anime feel. There's also Shogo:MAD. More Anime feel but no samuari. Lots of mechs though.

Yup. Oni is a pretty good game. Great martial-arts action it's like a mix between Quake and Mortal Combat all in one.
