The Longest Journey

I've heard great things about this game and was thinking of picking it up while it still was around, seeing's how it's sales have been fairly weak.

Is it a good game for the value/story/longevity? I had a great time with FF7, my first true RPG and would like to delve into another good storyline game rather than all these FPS, RTS, etc. games.

i think its a great game. the graphics are top notch. the gameplay is fun too. the language is kinda harsh at time(which i love). unfortunately some of the things you have to combine in the game one would never think of. so thats why i used the walkthrough here and there. on a scale from 1-10 i give it an 8.

i bought it this weekend, great game! I waited for 10 hours and downloaded the soundtrack and burnt it onto a cd- makes me wonder why they have it for sale on the site too.
