Can anyone tell me were to look in NT4 to see what driver is installed for your modem and update it if needed

Look in the modem icon in control panel.

I have done that, and I can not see anything there that refers to the driver. Not like win98

go to winnt diagnostics.. click services.. click devices.. then look for your modem.. driver.. and double click on it.
