I have two dice now but only one small demon comes out. Do you need to do something special or just get lucky to pull out other demons?

look up american mcgees alice at google, and u'll get a ton of pages about that. i know that i read the answer somewhere some time ago, but I'm not sure any more...

I believe that it's either chance, or a function of how much magic you have when you throw them!
