Where can I download SkeletalChars?

When I play online, the servers try to download, but I get disconnected.

No UnrealTournament players?

I am trying to find where I can download CSHP
Skeletal Chars, when I connect to certain servers it starts to download SkeletalChars but It always cuts off.
So I have to click on other servers that do not use this.
Or if anyone can email me this file?

http://www.planetunreal.com/nalicity/ is good for maps, but try http://www.planetunreal.com/ram2000/skins/index.htm or better yet http://www.planetunreal.com/ and on the left side is Skins sites

Another option if you cant find it is to email the person with the server, I believe that info is there with the game info
