good red alert pages with cheats?

i only play the red alert skirmishes since i bought the game and tried playing online tonight on the westwood servers. I got my **** WHOOPED the two times I tried. I have since decided that alot of people are using some kind of cheat for the game. Why? They instantly had weapons you only get when you have the advanced buildings and about a gazillion harriers etc.
So, anyone else know where I can get these cheats so I can play "fairly" online?
I have been playing it for a long time and have beat the computer numerous times on the "ultra hard" mode. I was quite embarrased http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif

Sorry dude. But unless they hacked their Red Alert game. Their is no cheat! They just wipped you good.

Don't give up though. Just watch your enemies tacktics. Find good way's to counter them.
