I thought that you could just uninstall and reinstall it? Delete cookies? or must be in the registry

Yep, you need to delete some things out of your registry. Follow these instructions:

Follow "battleship's" instructions and that should get you going. I dunno if it works or not though cause I didn't have to try it.

Thanks for the replies guys there was 12 registry keys that had to be deleted but anyways I am back on Napster.

How do you get back on napster if you have been banned? I tried new L: and P: but still says you have been banned do they put a file on your computer. U have a dynamic IP so it changes every time I login

hmmmmmm....other members have said that they've been banned and tried a new account but still couldn't get in. I don't think there is a way.

Don't know about the dynamic IP though.
