I download it and try it, but when I saw the default skin 2 things poped in my mind 'Has Quicktime married Winamp?'

It has lots of features and improvments over the old Media Player, but is also slower and makes conflicts with other software, like the one included with my Creative DVD Encore 6x, the small traybar application that sets the time of spin down of the drivers.

But still it wasn't that attractive to me and went back to the old version.

When I used it it was installed with beta3 of Millennium and I found it to be a huge POS!(Looked cool though) It did not play mp3's or cd's well at all, it keep cracking up real bad. I played the mp3's with winamp and had no problems.
I am sure it has been refined a bit since then though since releasing it as a stand alone beta. Here are my original thoughs on it. (http://www.romulus2.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000281.html)

I think I'm gonna go back to the old. I already have too many mp3 players as it is. What I hate most about it is the way the music is organized. I don't bother to do the genre stuff so I have to select "Show All Music" or whatever it's called. From there I have to search through a **** load of music files from my computer.

Also, if I just want to play one little wav sound, it takes too long to load it up.
