Does anyone know of a CD-RW drive / software that will give me drag-n-drop capabilities from Windows Explorer in Windows 2000?

I bought a Sony 10x4x32 CD-RW the other day with the expectation that I'd be able to simply drag files onto the CD-RW, and the CD-RW would burn them onto the disk. This doesn't work, the operating system thinks the CD-RW drive is read only.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

As far as I know, you have to use a separate program to do that. The one I use and works great is Direct CD. It's made by Adaptec, the same people that make Easy CD creator and usually comes with it. I would look into getting that program as it seems to do well for me.

BTW, if you use Direct CD, be aware that only computers with Direct CD on it can read it, or the Direct CD reader. Which can be downloaded from their website.
