Howdy,
Just have a problem here with MW4 and my 5 button MS mouse.
When I goto configure the controls, as anyone who has played MWx before knows is VERY important to gameplay, to my joy I can see that mouse buttons 4 & 5 are assigned to forward/backward weapon group.
My problemn is that I can't reassign them.
I can use them in the game, but I just want to make buttons 4/5 something else.
I see it as......(please feel free to correct me)
...buttons 4/5 have been assigned to the above functions by default, and in the controls setup, it can't see my 4/5 buttons.
...BUT, when in the game, it can see them again / OR when in the game, it can't see them but can recieve info from them???(dubious)
AARRRGGGHHH
The game was **** made by M$, they should have fixed that bit up.
Also.....people might suggest mapping the mouse 4/5 buttons to a keyboard function and using that....it works, but then I can't have the standard keyboard key assigned to it, which is not going to help me.
Anyway, I'm hoping someone else has / had this problem, and can help
Cheers,
Pat.
