diablo craches when i beat Izual

after beating Izual in diablo 2 and i speak to the angel person it locks up and says that d2sound.mpq has a problem.

Try reinstalling the game. Don't worry--your save files won't be affected if you choose to keep them.

I have also have had this problem..(I play on B.Net with D2..)

If you try to re-install and this STILL doesn't work..Even though Blizzard isn't that helpful you can e-mail a tech rep from Blizzard and i'm sure they may give you some input on what to do..

have you played on line and upgraded to v103- if not, do this... the upgrades fixed an issue that when main characters are killed... you freeze... goodluck
