Upgrade 300A / BH6

I've been out of the game for a while. Any suggestions on my next upgrade ? I'm thinking of the Athlon 700, but I understand that it will not fit my BH6 board. How about a Cel 533? Any problems with the 370 to slot 1 adapters ? I would rather not use one
but the Cel 533 370 is so cheap now.
Any ideas? How high can the 533 overclock ?

The Athlon will -not- fit in the slot. I think the best choice would be a Celeron 533a FC-PGA (NOT THE 533 PPGA) or a Celeron 566 FC-PGA. Those overclock very well to 800 and 850 respectively. As for the slot1 to socket 370 adapter, the IWill slotket II or the Abit slotket III would do you well. Both have FC-PGA support, and work efficiently. As for cooling, I suggest a golden orb. This would result in a total price of around $160 (using pricewatch).
