I forgot my system specs : P3 533EB, 128 pc133, tnt2 pro. Ive updated my drivers, tried running it in openGL, and everything else imaginable. It will run in safe mode and thats about it. I was playing last night and this morning and it was fine.

Most of the trouble I've seen with Deus Ex and the nVidia chipsets revolves around the texture detail. Try turning the texture detail off and see if that helps.

Every time I try to run the Deus Ex demo, it ends up not responding at the part where the eidos logo comes in. Ive tried reinstalling it and i dont know whats going on. HELP!

Ok, this is the only thing I can suggest

Go to http://www.voodooextreme.com/files/deusex/deusexpatch.html
and download a 208kb .dll file, and follow the instructions on the page. After you have done that, go to DeusX\System, and open up DeusX.ini, and go down until you see Firstrun=400, and delete that line. After you have done that, save and exit, then run DeusX. When it asks you what rendering device you want, just make sure you choose Direct3D.
