Just wondering if anyone out there has any information about how a voodoo5 5500 agp will handle an increase in front side bus speed from 133 to 150 mhz? Apparently the increased bus speed will jack up the speed of the agp slot, and I'm just wondering if that will cause the voodoo5 any problems. I currently have a voodoo3 2000 in a pci slot, and I haven't noticed any trouble so far with it (the pci slots are also stepped up by the fsb modification). My agp slot is a 2 times only slot, and the voodoo 5 has 64 megs memory divided into two 32 meg chips. Wouldn't want to cook the V5 once I fork out the bucks. My system is a p3 733 @ 825 (fsb from 133 to 150), with 128 pc133 sdram, a QDI Legend Advance 9 mainboard, and a fujitsu 8 gb hard drive. Thanks for any info!
